I went with the Carhartt brand for my nine year old’s backpack and lunchbox because I knew I could expect quality and durability. This product solidified my expectations and opinions on the brand. My son is really rough and tumble and this lunchbox has held up so well to his shenanigans. It has enough room for his lunch (a 6 ounce drink pouch, sandwich, small bag of chips, small bag of carrots, large banana or bag of grapes, a cheese stick and yogurt tube) and could probably fit more. I love the insulated interior and strong zipper! I was undecided on this bag because of the price (when paired with the matching backpack) but I’m so glad I got them because the duo will easily last a couple of school years, unless he loses them of course.
