Very well made - My son is a 4T in clothes but I got a 5T - Sleeves are slightly long which was expected but length and width were perfect. It is not too heavy but material keeps him warm in 50 degree weather without a jacket. And it is soft on the inside.

The fit and quality are great and it's now his go-to layering piece as he says it keep him warm when he's playing outside. If you have a fashion conscience child, they will appreciate the style of this sweatshirt and the Carhartt logo down the sleeve. If you have a child who loves to collect things, they'll love the functionality of the kangaroo pocket (just be careful when it's time to do the laundry! LOL!)
