Hmmm … I’m on a terrible run lately with Amazon products. Why is it so hard for a seller to ship the same exact product as described in the listing? I am almost positive this is a manufacturer error, not a fulfillment center error. There is nothing on the outside of the box to indicate what light temperature bulbs have been included in the fixture. Let me clarify. I got this fixture for our bathroom’s water closet (the small room the toilet is in). The listing clearly states, “3000K eye-care warm light produce a more warm, pleasant and relaxing ambiance.” They also state, “Mission of Cargifak is to design practical and fashionable light to make homes warmer and cozier.”. But they sent my light fixture with 6500K bulbs! That’s about the coolest and bluish light there is. It’s absolutely not warm and cozy. If I get up to go in the middle of the night, this light is going to jolt me into complete awakeness. And while I’m annoyed with the mistake with the bulbs, let me continue to rant. The GU10 bulbs are a pain to install once the fixture is up on the wall. I took the bottom bulb out so I could take the picture to prove it is truly 6500K. I tried for 5 minutes to get it back in - couldn’t do it. You have to get those 2 prongs aligned perfectly and when you can’t see what you are doing - forget it. I ended up taking the fixture off the mount to be able to see what I was doing and align those dang prongs with the holes. And then proceeded to drop those small brass screws 3 more times while trying to thread them back in. Luckily I was smart enough to close the toilet seat cover. And lastly, one more issue of note. The brass “tube” had a small nick in one spot and a scratch in another. The manufacturer had covered it in plastic and it was encased in styrofoam, but still ended up with small blemishes. The whole situation is unfortunate. The fixture itself seems good quality. But I just can’t forgive the mistake with the bulbs, after all, it’s all about the light. Just replace the bulbs you say … sure, I’ll do that. But it’s the principle - I shouldn’t have to. I’ll try to reach out to customer service and will update this review. At the moment, the experience with this light has been very disappointing and rates just 2 stars from me. Update 1: I emailed the customer service address listed in the documentation - waited 2 weeks - no response. My conclusion: this seller doesn’t appear to care about sending products to customers as described and addressing problems after the sale. Downgraded my rating from 2 to 1 stars. Update 2: Seller did respond after my previous update and showed very good communication and customer service skills. I requested that they send 3000K bulbs as per the product description and they followed through promptly. So in the end and after a little time, an excellent customer service experience. I’ve upgraded my rating. In the final analysis, it is a good product. Hopefully the seller has learned a lesson about accurate descriptions and sending products that exactly match descriptions. I still, however, can’t stand those GU10 bulbs. I once again had to remove the light fixture from the wall to replace the bulbs. That twist is almost impossible to do when you can’t grip the bulb by the side. The original bulbs from the seller had a plastic edging that allowed just enough of a grip to twist. The replacement bulbs were all glass. I eventually donned a rubber glove and that finally allowed me to twist it in. ... show more
