This cane easily adjusts to fit a wide variety of heights and feels reassuringly sturdy. Having the option of the quad tip or standard tip is a big plus. The handle is less cushioned than some other canes I've tried, but it is not uncomfortable for me.

Nice cane, very sturdy with a comfortable grip. It came with a replacement tip that will let you let go of it and it keeps standing. However, I could not remove the tip that came on the cane. It is crazy tight, so not sure how to get it off.

The rubberized handle is nice, though its not as much cushion as other canes I have used over time. So that might be something to keep in mind, also the added weight of the Pivot Cane Tip might not be for everyone. But this can comes with both the standard tip and the Pivot Cane Tip. Myself I had no issue with the weight and found the movement to help secure my movements a bit more. Though its really something your going to have to try out out to see just how you like it.

This Carex Walking Cane (Black) is perfect for me. It was easy to adjust to the proper height. I like that it has a wrist strap so that in case i drop the cane, it doesn’t get away from me. I like the optional four-prong pivoting cane tip that always seems to find a nice piece of ground to support me; Of course, others might prefer the original single tip that comes installed on the cane. I found the single tip pretty easy to take off. First i left the cane in the sunlight to warm up the rubber tip. Then i followed the instructions to twist it while pulling it off as if unscrewing the rubber tip. And it came off pretty easily. This cane is sturdy, functional, light weight and as good-looking as a cane could be. Definitely recommended

Very comfortable & sturdy cane. I've had multiple back surgeries the last couple years and feel very steady & secure using this cane. It comes with the option of using either the larger rubber stand alone tip or just the normal rubber small one. I really like how the cane can stand straight up on it's own when the larger rubber tip is used.

Getting older with bad joints and arthritis is no fun! On those days when it's difficult to get around having a very nice cane like the Carex walking cane is a necessity. This cane came with two tips. A regular single point tip and a four prong tip. Both are made of rubber and stick the the ground very well. It is also height adjustable so it will fit almost everyone. I never thought I'd be using a cane get around but I'm glad I have this one on those days. Order with confidence if you need a nice cane that is safe to use.

My old cane was just a rigid stick with a rubber tip - it slips easily if you're coming down at an angle, especially with a lot of weight on it. This stick pivots at the point where the cane itself meets the rubber end, which means it's making full contact with the floor, which is significantly more stable. I've used it out in public several times in damp conditions, and it's never let me down yet. Recommend!

This is a very high quality cane. The pivot tip works perfectly. The three pads stay flush with the floor while you are walking. The cane stands upright on its own. The pivot tip is the same brand and comes in its own packaging, and is included inside the canes packaging. Getting the original tip off of the cane takes a good pull and twist. An older person might need someone else to do this. You then push on the included pivot tip.
