This shirt is a cross between a t-shirt and sweater. It is a thin material, not cheap just not heavy weight. The feel is softer than a t-shirt but not quite as fuzzy as a sweater. It is a little more form fitting than I expected but it is typical of the styles you see now. I sized up to make sure it was loose and it works fine for me. Definitely a keeper! I would recommend this item.
