Plug and play! So far this carb has been fine. Just a minor idle adjustment, but it was easy. Very easy to install and no extra jets to figure out. This was for a 2000 Yamaha Big Bear 400.

Good so far. Issue with many aftermarket carbs is that their rubber parts do not hold up to alcohol in gasoline. I have been using this one for about month and it is OK so far, but time will tell. Quad runs fine AFTER I fixed the problem I describe below. Here is a tip if you are looking at replacing your carburetor because your Yamaha (or any) ATV is running very poorly. Check the air admittance check-valve in the gas tank filler cap. Remove the cap and shake it and if you don't hear a rattling sound remove the steel cover on the underside of the cap and check that the check-valve ball bearing is free to allow air to enter into the tank to replace gasoline that has been used. Our ATV is a 2011 Grizzly 450, so Yamaha may have changed the gas cap design to avoid the problem when the aluminum housing the ball bearing is in corrodes from moisture and traps the ball so it cannot allow air into the gas tank so this may not apply to your ATV, but if it does, you may be able to fix your problem in minutes at no cost, so worth checking before ordering a carburetor.

Works great on my 2008 yamaha wolverine 450 Plug and play no carb adjustment were needed.. no leaks starts right up, seems like it's good quality so far. Everything that's on the picture was in the box .

Works great on my 2000 Big Bear 400. . Only issue is top end would have hesitation. Pulled it apart and it had a .129 main jet. Swapped it for a .110 main and no more top end hesitation. Good quality carb. Didn’t need to tweak it what so ever aside from the main jet. No need for idle just or anything.

This carburetor by Tang made my 2008 Yamaha Grizzly 450 run like new. I checked out the Yamaha dealer to purchase one from them, the price of $275.00 dollars plus tax, this was way too much for me to hand over. I started searching online for a cheeper option and settled on this Tang carburetor on Amazon. I'm happy I went with this one. It's a simple swap, the quad started right up, I adjusted the idle, finished putting the body plastics on and took the quad into the forrest. $48.00 you can't go wrong.

Junk. At first it would only leak gas out of the overflow when sitting if gas wasn’t turned off( appears needle and seat were bad from install ) but now as soon as the gas is on, with atv running , gas pours out of the overflow and it also leaks at 2 different gaskets. Have tried to get help with it on here but no help.
