Polaris Magnum 325: the carb arrived quickly but needed jetting. it was very lean on both the needle and main. the needle needed to be raised , by lowering the circlip. the main was changed from "1.4“ to a 150. the idler jet was fine. these carbs are a complete pita to get to , because of the design is the polaris plastics, tank, fuel lines, choke/throttle lines, frame and air box.... BUT YOU CAN REMOVE IT without removing the tank and plastics. 1 remove air box 2 remove Phillips screws from cross brace 3 remove nuts from cross brace 4 pull out of intake 5 rotate counter clockwise and drop below cross brace 6 pull out bottom if you're having trouble with your air duct (cvt / belt cooling duct) , just cut it in half, then use a bicycle inter tube to join the sections together AFTER installing the lower section. yes, it's also a pita, but the inner tube junction makes it so much easier. this carb runs great , starts and pulls well, but you have to jet it first.

This carburetor is a piece of junk. No mixture adjustment, gas pouring out when fuel pump is running, won’t idle, just Chinese junk.

You need to add a wix or similar fuel filter with a bypass to go back to the fuel tank to prevent your fuel pump from flooding the carb. Place the bypass filter after the fuel pump and run the extra bypass line back to the fuel tank. Otherwise your fuel pump will flood the carb and will spill fuel all over the place. I imagine a in line fuel pressure regulator would work also. Cheaper to go with the bypass fuel filter. My Polaris Ranger 500 runs great and starts right up every time.

While it arrived fast. This carburetor will not tune out correctly. I have been running Veterans ATV & custom carts for 14 years. I have attempted to set air fuel mixture for 3.5hrs. The low idle jet is perfect. This ATV will pull start with 1/2 pull. Idles great. But will not tune for high revving. I pumped out the tank and can guarantee there is no bad fuel as I only use 93 octane ethanol free. I can reduce the air intake by partially blocking the intake of the carb and it runs great. But using the air fuel mixture screw it will not tune. Lean or Rich it will not rev out properly. I have verified that the choke is working properly. Quality of this carburetor is not there. To test it I reduced the air intake by using an additional cloth over the inside of the air filter output and it does rev a little better but I shouldn’t have to modify the carburetor to make it work. Quality is not there with this product.
