I'm not a regular Amazon reviewer, but I must share what Carbona did for me. I saw this stain remover being promoted by some influencer for Prime Day in October (?) 2025, and it worked beautifully for me on an item whose only value was sentimentality. This blanket was my godmother’s, who was also my aunt. (Apparently, my expected due date was on her birthday, though I was 3 days late.) The stains you see in the before photo are how the blanket looked after using 2 other products, though I had not put the blanket in the dryer after each try. I remembered I had the Carbona and thought I may as well give it one last try. I mean, I wasn’t going to throw this away, however it turned out, because it’s special to me, but I at least wanted to try what I could. I followed the directions and waited 10 minutes after applying the Carbona before putting it in the washer. I mean, are you kidding me? I just had to share my experience in case it might work on somebody else’s precious item, something of much more value, or of the same sentimentality, as than this one. 20 stars!

I wish I had taken before photos, but I didn’t. This stuff is amazing for oil based stains! I’ve had some sweatshirts and shirts that have had set in oil stains. I’m talking washed and dried multiple times. I’ve tried different stain remover sprays and powders and none had worked until this one! I was a little iffy because it’s not the biggest bottle, but oh my goodness! I regret not buying it sooner! I will say it wasn’t great at removing a different orange (non oil) stain, but it removed all of the oil stains from all of my tops. I squeezed and scrubbed for a bit and left it alone for ten minutes before tossing it in the wash..two loads, one hot and one cold…it worked for both! Definitely worth buying for *oil* based stains! Can’t really speak for grass, wine, etc.

My husband badly injured his hand, so there were lots of blood stains on his clothes, which sat in a hospital bag for 3 weeks because I honestly didn’t think they were salvageable. Finally, I wet the spots (quite a few!) and applied the Carbona to them. I put the clothes in the washer and let them sit for about 30 minutes, then laundered them on cold setting, using a longer cycle. EVERY TRACE of blood was gone. I’m a customer for life.

The Carbona Laundry Pretreat Stain Remover Spray really works! It’s great for food, grease, and grass stains, and I’ve had the best results when applying it right before washing. The built-in brush makes it easy to scrub without damaging fabric. It’s gentle enough for kids’ clothes but strong on tough spots. Definitely one of the best laundry stain removers I’ve tried—effective, easy to use, and affordable.

These stain removers are easy to hold and light. The scrubber is delicate for even silk fabrics. I had no issues with my skin getting irritated. Scrubbing did not take the color out of the garments i used them on. The packaging has a lid for safe storage.

This stuff is fantastic. I have 2 boys so I keep this on hand. My son when dirt bike riding in the rain and came home beyond muddy with that deep pit mud.
