I skeptical about spending more than I have on baking pans in the past, but I promise you it’s totally worth it. I’ve used this pan several times so far and nothing sticks. NOTHING! Just put the pan in the sink after making eggplant parm. Didn’t put soap in and just ran the water. It picks up everything. Hassle free clean up! I also got the smaller baking pan (I think it’s the 9x9?). And they both work like a charm. It’s worth the splurge. Trust me! ... show more

    • Great Caraway Ceramic 9”x13” Pan
This is one awesome Ceramic 9”x13” pan. My wife loves it. It cooks food well and cleans up fairly easy. I’m a kitchen helper and do a lot of dish washing and what gets me about the pan are the rivets holding the handles in place. They’re sturdy enough buy they stick out into the pan making the pan harder to clean than it has to be. Flush rivets would be a better design, or perhaps welded on handles.
