I really like the look of the charger, and it seems well made. Charging speed is based completely on the USB power you connect it to. There are a few quirks: 1) It's fairly heavy, and the clip for the A/C vent is located well above center. If my CX-5 didn't have part of the dash for the bottom to rest against, I feel like it'd be impossible to get a good angle with it. 2) The motion sensor opening/closing is a very cool feature, but it only works while the car is on. So I'm sure it'll take a few times turning my car off and back on again to get used to that. 3) The motion sensor itself is on the back of the holder instead of the side. Which means you have to reach behind a decent sized phone to get to the sensor. All of these feel more like personal preference than product faults though, so I'll go with 4 stars.

Easy to install, doesn’t just flop the vent down with the weight of the phone so that’s nice! Not truly wireless, you have to plug the charger in and then you stick 1 of 3 charge heads into your phone which is magnetic to the charger. Opens automatically when the phone gets near to put it in… haven’t quite figured out how to get the phone out yet 🤣

The charger cable that comes with the device is a micro-usb but the port on the base that it's supposed to connect to is a usb-c port....ok so not that big of a deal spent another 10 bucks and got myself the right cord x2 because I bought one for myself and husband too....the arms are very sensitive and any slight movement open them and the phone falls out. It does not fit with a case on it. I have a galaxy note 20 ultra. The charge power is very slow. It takes an hour long drive to charge it about 10 percent. If I had not thrown the boxes away I would have returned them both.

I am changing my review from two stars to one as product did not work and I’ve been harassed through email outside of Amazon from the merchant telling me to change my review even tho I had to throw away this product cause it didn’t work🤷🏻♀️. I will never lie and tell people the product is good when it isn’t. It was a waste of money and if I didn’t get all those emails for months I wouldn’t have come on here and changed it to a one star. But I don’t do well with harassment and trying to be guilt tripped into making a false review.

The product came rather quickly and looked nice, but with one small problem...the cord to plug it in was a micro USB and the charge port is a C. Not a huge deal as you can always change out the cord. Thought it was a fluke so I called and had a new one sent. (Amazon required I send the full package back and sent a whole new mechanism) Same issue, wrong charging cord, so I said the heck with it and returned both. Not simply because of the incorrect cord, but while waiting for the new one to come, I used a C cord I had and holy crap was my phone hotter than the sun when I pulled it off. Felt like I had just grabbed a cookie sheet straight from the oven barehanded.
