So far, this is a mixed bag. I bought two, one for each of my vehicles. a 2015 Nissan Rogue and a 2010 Nissan Sentra. It is not compatible with the preinstalled back up camera on the Rogue. The Rogue's camera doesn't use an RCA output, so it can't connect directly to the stereo head unit. As near as I can tell, the stereo is not compatible with the Nissan's steering wheel stereo controls. The wiring diagram for the stereo shows a single brown wire for steering wheel control whereas the OEM connector has four wires. Additionally, the head unit does not quite fit in the Metra dash until I purchased to install it into the Rogue. I did not finish installation and will probably return the unit. I was able to install the stereo in the Sentra, but had the same issue with the steering wheel control wiring. Also, when I connected my Android 10 phone via USB to test Android Auto, the stereo gave me a "you must upgrade the software" message. This was frustrating as the product description claims the stereo is compatible with Android 10. The manual says to contact the vendor for the upgrade, but does not tell you how to contact the vendor. So far, a Google search has not provided any useful information. On the positive side, It sounded all right during my test drive this afternoon. I like the basic interface and how it navigates through folders on my USB drive much more than my previous stereo. I had no trouble connecting my phone via Bluetooth, but it began playing Spotify the moment it connected, even if the phone wasn't running Spotify at the time. It also didn't display track information for the Spotify tracks it did play. One weird quirk -- it took me quite a while (and a Google search) to figure out how to set he clock. Once found, it was easy to set up. It can be set for 12 or 24 hours. The weird thing is that it in 12 hour mode, there is no 1200-1259pm. It goes 0000-0059am then to 0100am; it treats noon as 1200am and proceeds through 1259am then to 0100pm. I'm going to live with the stereo in the Sentra for a while and see how I adapt to it before making a final decision about whether I'm going to keep it, or go back to the Dual model it replaced. ... show more

This is an update to a review I did few weeks ago it’s gonna be long so here we go. So I’ve done reviews in the past but nothing like this one. First off I would like to retract what I said before about hieha company I had a problem where my radio system was not keeping up with my phone couldn’t mirror link use my usb etc after my phone had done an update so I wrote emails wrote Facebook messages to company no answer finally I receive a personal email from ms. Amy owner of the company telling me how she had read my review & wanted to fix the situation. I said nah this fake no company has ever taken time out there personal time to not only write me about my problem but also had the understanding about firmware & future updates etc that there equipment would need. Now I personally have been part of beta programs for a big brand company in the past & I know for a fact that they would just leave the costumer hanging with no solution. Not only did ms. Amy fix my problem after a few emails she sent me a new radio system free of charge with everything we had spoken off in the email also telling me she would keep me up to date on future updates. I give her 5⭐️ for all she did which in my option didn’t have to , I appreciate You Ms. Amy. I have been installing stereos for a long time, and generally this one install pretty easily. For the most part, everything has been working, except for just a week or so after the installation, the backup camera died unexpectedly. This weekend I finally got a chance to tear the thing apart and investigate, thinking a wire simply came unattached or something like that. Everything is connected fine, I have rewired it, and checked everything with a multimeter, everything is fine, just the camera no longer works. I tried contacting support but was told it was no longer under warranty! This is ridiculous! I bought the thing on February 11th, it took several days to get to me, and now it's March 19th. This has been barely over a month, but within much less than that period of time, the camera is dead! Considering the circumstance, and the lack of support, I would be very hesitant to recommend this product! Also, if you're planning to buy this to hook up your Android, it generally works pretty well, except on some occasions you might have to unplug it and plug it in a few extra times in order to get it to work. Not sure if that's an issue with the stereo or not, but I tried it on multiple phones with multiple cables and they all did the same thing. ... show more

It worked out of the box but had a huge amount of feedback when the car (Toyota Avalon) was running. If you turned the lights on the feedback was unbearable. I tried regrounding, noise suppressors, etc. but nothing helped. Replaced it with a Pioneer and poof, all the feedback was gone. Chinese garbage. ... show more
