For reference, in bottoms I am usually a size small, 26, or 3. I weigh 115 lbs and am 5’1”. I ordered size small/medium in the color suntan. SIZE: I fit into the tights fine and it looked good. I would say It was super tight on the tummy and it squeezed my skin. It did give me difficulty with digesting whenever I ate while wearing the tights, but it was comfortable otherwise. That might be how fights should fit. I’m not too sure if the next size up (large/xlarge) would have fit me right, because it might be too loose. COLOR: I considered the light suntan color because of the reviews saying that suntan was too orange. I would say that suntan definitely does have an orange undertone, but I like that how it is similar to my skin tone, which is warm and brown. I purchased this for a ballet course in college. I personally feel the light suntan would be too pale for my legs. QUALITY: durable. I threw it in the washer and let it air dry, and the tights remained in good condition with no runs or holes. ... show more

I love these tights! I bought them after seeing a TikTok saying that sabrina carpenter and Taylor Swift wear this brand for their shows. They are quite soft, despite what some other reviewers are saying, and though I was skeptical of the color at first, I do like it after trying them on. They give my legs a nice even tan look and smooths out any bruises or discoloration --like magic, they also show my tattoos pretty well without obscuring them beyond recognition. Also, I was shocked to find three pairs when I opened up my package. Maybe I'm missing something in the listing, but I was only expecting one pair -- I'm not complaining though. The media could not be loaded. I bought 4 colors because I couldn’t tell which shade would match me. I am not a dancer and had never been able to see swatches in store, so I am writing this, to help my fellow brown girls out. I have added photos and video in natural daylight. I wanted to try some skin tone tights that were better quality and closer to my skin color than what is available in normal stores around town. And I wanted some that were opaque to even out my skintone and keep me warm in my fall/winter outfits, when black tights didn't fit the vibe. So that’s what brought me here. I searched high and low for swatches and the photos I found, were not as helpful as I needed them to be. So I bought the following colors: Suntan- which has a pink undertone Toasted Almond- which is more golden Dark Suntan- is a touch darker than Toasted Almond but not as golden or warm toned, maybe more neutral Maple- which is darker than dark suntan So out of all these colors, I am somewhere between Toasted Almond and Dark Suntan. Still not a perfect match but pretty close. The fit and quality of the tights are very good and I can tell they will last longer than average. They are opaque and very stretchy. They have a subtle shine from a distance. The tights are the same color through the entire length.I noticed some tights have a soft waist band and some have a thick elastic waistband; I prefer the soft one. I do appreciate that Capezio recognizes that we all come in a wide range of skin tones and they have tried to match as many of us as possible. I also like that they offer tights what don’t have to cover your toes or that have the hole under foot to easily slip your feet out of. This useful if I’m out shopping and want to try on sandals! I was able to get these on sale so I think the price is fair. They are worth a shot to try. Tip: if you’re testing to see if it’s your color, put them on all the way. It looks different when they are fully on vs just on your foot or up to the knee. Also helps to do so in the day time with natural lighting. ... show more

I wear semi-opaque tights all the time for cosplay -- i like to have them on underneath fishnets, or for some extra safety under shorts or a bodysuit. the color scared me a bit when i took it out of the box bc it is quite pink, but for pale cool under-toned girlies like myself, it is perfect once its stretched out over the skin. the hole at the bottom of the foot is amazing, it kept my toes from getting squished. tights 'smoothed out' my skin but didn't hide my tattoo which was the perfect look. ... show more

I took ballet in high-school and had a few pairs of capezio tights. They lasted ages after high-school and it was hard to let them go once they finally wore out. These are the ballet pink ones. They look really pink in the packaging but once they're on They fade out. I have always loved how smooth they feel but most of all I bought them for the waistband. The waistband on capezio tights are tight and restricting, no tummy control but the tights themselves do have a tightening quality to them. I got the transition tights because they're cheaper and I already know that they are not as uncomfortable as you might think, with the hole on the bottom. You barely feel it. As others have said, these are sturdy tights. It took years for me to get a hole in mine but beware ye women with acrylic or gel nails, especially stilleto shaped. These will break of you grab them improperly. I am always careful with how I pull tights up. ... show more

These are good quality tights, look and feels nice. However we can’t wear them bc the waistband is either unusually small or it doesn’t have enough elasticity. My daughter’s waist is tiny, so she’s in the right size (S/M). But the tights left a mark on her waist and she can’t wear them.
