I bought this set to get heavier weights than our first set. It comes is several boxes that weight 50 lbs a piece. The boxes are covered inside and out with fiber reinforced tape so they won't tear, but were rather worse for wear when we got them. The contents were in good shape as they were well packed. It took a few minutes to get the stand assembled. They supplied the Allen wrench necessary to do the assembly and all of the parts fit well. Be sure to put the stand where you want it, because you are going to have to unload it to move. It is HEAVY when loaded! The weights were well made with a coating like truck bed liner on the weight ends of each dumbell. The bars were nicely turned with knurled areas to improve your grip. The only complaint I have is that the edges are a bit close together on the stand and you can pinch your fingers if you aren't careful. I can't get my fingers in for a good grip. I got used to it quickly and it isn't a problem. ... show more

This is a great set for at home fitness. The included A-frame rack keeps the weights stored nice and neat while allow you to quickly switch weights during your workout. If you're looking for super body building then obviously these aren't for you, but if you're more into high rep whole body workouts then you'll likely find that these work just fine. They are especially useful if you're doing any kind of video workout such as with Apple Fitness+. You get two each of 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells. I got the "white" frame. It's not true white but more of a very light gray but it does look nice and is better than it being all black. The frame does require assembly and you will need your own wrenches to tighten the bolts to the required tightness, so just be aware of that. ... show more
