I normally wear size 7-7.5 but ordered size 8 in these because I bought a similar brand and the size 7.5 fit like 6.5. These fit perfect. Not sure what they are made out of, seems like some kind of rubber for the boot, so don't know how it will hold up over time. Most importantly, they do not have that awful chemical smell so many shoes and products seem to have. They are pretty stunning brand new though. Great traction. They were comfortable enough but I added Physix Gear Inserts B078GRH8SV anyway because I had already purchased them for this pair. Love the inserts too, so even if these show wear faster than acceptable I'll still be able to make use of them. I'm buying the brown color too. Very comfortable. Good quality for the price. Heel height is low but sufficient. Good bottom design with slip resistant sole. Much more comfortable than many boots that cost a lot more. True to size, maybe a tickle on the roomy side.

I can’t say how they feel because I had to return them. I wear a size 13 in tennis shoes so I ordered a 13 boot. They were way too big. I put in inserts and they were still way too big so I sent them back. The boots seem like good quality and a super value so I will be ordering a size 12. Other than the size issue, a danger of ordering any clothing item online, I have no complaints. Nice boot. Update. I received the size 12 and they fit much better. Comfortable and sturdy feeling. boots for the price. I’m rough on boots, I’m on my motorcycle with them, I work in them, go out in them, ride horseback and hunt and fish in them. These boots here are awesome. You can’t beat the price, they also have that high dollar look. I’ve had ariat, redwing, nocana, Justin, Laredo, Tony lama, twisted x. I’ve had them all and within a year I’ve had to replace all the brand names. I’ve owned 2 pairs of canyon trails boots and I’ve gotten years out of them, my last pair lasted 3 years and these will hopefully last longer. It’s not what it costs but how it’s made.     • Got these for my son whom rides horses and likes to go on hikes, so far, so good.

For $60.00, don't expect a pair of $300.00 (and up) leather boots. These are well made for what they cost. My son uses them to ride his horse and they fit and stay in the stirrips well. Once he broke them in (about 2 weeks of constant wear for him) they're comfortable enough for him to go on several mile hikes. Don't expect the soles to last long term, but again, they're inexpensive so 6 months to a year or so of constant use is probably about all you can expect, if you actually use them daily. He likes to wear them to school and has been taking good care of them so far. Actually, he's been taking care of them enough to where I'll probably spend several hundred and buying a good pair for him next year. If not, for another $60.00 he can have another pair of these which are still a very good value for the money spent. ... show more
