As a product it deserved 5 stars, but I took away a star because the size was smaller than claimed. It was supposed to be a 13 inch toolbox but the top measured 12 inches and the bottom only 11 inches. So all of my tools did not fit. Otherwise, I really like it!

All the other boxes of this size that I looked at had plastic latches. I don't think those would last as long. The build could be better as there is a small opening around the area of the latch, and it appears to be due to tension from the latch.

To be honest I didn't look at the dimensions when I ordered this tool box. It is as described. 13". In my mind I imagined a regular sized tool box. This product is good to keep little things, like a sewing kit or screws and screw driver collection. Not much room in the bottom once the tray is inserted. Not what I had in mind, but it is what it claims to be.
