Got this to record my son's hockey games. The Nikon Z30 was a HUGE disappointment. It's not advertised that the 4k recording causes the camera to overheat and shutdown. I liked this camera, but it had two problems that caused me to return it. First, the camera monitor was awful. The resolution was so bad I always thought I was recording awful footage. However, the footage did end up looking good, but I didn't like not know for sure what the footage was going to look like with this very low quality monitor. I want to be able to see how the lighting looks, what's in focus or not, etc.. Yes I could have used an external monitor, but I wanted a camera that I could easily pick up and use without needing to add accessories. This camera would have been perfect if they had a better monitor attached. The other issue is that they have three ND filter options on the camera. I tried all three and there was no difference in the footage. I'm not sure if that feature was defective or what, but the ND filter options were useless. I wish those two parts of the camera were better, because I would have liked to keep and use this camera, but both items were important to me and so I had to return the camera. ... show more
