The product, the ink/toner, is great and it works great. Yet it costs $50.00 a box more than 'compatible' toners. But, Canon forces you to use their, expensive, toner by putting in some software in their printers that harangues you with annoying messages if you use "counterfeit" cartridges. There must be some anti-trust issues here, but I don't know the law in this area. So, it works well, and you don't get those annoying messages.
