CANGHPGIN Men's Hiking Cargo Pants are nicely styled and functional. Very lightweight, the fabric is thin with some stretch, but seems durable and should dry quickly if wet. It sports a thick elastic waistband and has five ample pockets, three zippered side and back pockets, and two Velcro flap cargo pockets. As a nice touch, all zippered pockets have pulls attached. The legs end in elastic cuffs which seems strange for such a lightweight pant, but not a dealbreaker. The size runs true but the style is a thin/skinny cut, so upsize if you wish the legs roomier. All-in-all, I like the look and utility of these pants and appreciate the details, such as closures on all pockets. Nice casual cargo pants.

My son likes to be comfortable above all else. He finds these cargo pants to be comfortable. He likes that they have the jogger type bottoms. I like that they look nicer than sweatpants. He can wear them with a dress shirt while looking nice and being comfortable.

This is a hard lay fabric pants with true, capacious cargo pockets that are secured by hook/loop as well as two slash and one rear pocket all zipper secured. Unusually, at least in my experience, the legs are finished in elastic woven cuffs which form around the leg just at the ankle. I have no idea what the function of these cuffs is. I’ve seen similar in snow pants where the intent is to keep snow from blowing up one’s leg but these are lightweight pants that have no business anywhere near snow. While I prefer softer feeling pants, I quickly got used to these plastically feeling ones and didn’t give the surprising texture another thought while wearing them. The pants are held to the waist by a wide elastic band that’s likely as secure as any elastic band can be. There’s a drawstring that allows a small amount of tension adjustment. The elastic fit my 35” waist despite the rather strange XL marked size. My take is that the XL is Asian XL rather than American. There aren’t any belt loops. This means the pockets will hold a great deal of volume (as cargo pants should) but not much mass. Too much and they’ll fall down while you walk or otherwise move. Suspenders would work but I’d feel silly adding them to these pants plus I’d then need to tuck my shirt in. I see no value in these cuffs and am a bit letdown that such great pocket capacity is thus limited in the mass it can carry but overall, I like these pants and will wear them often.
