You have to apply quite a bit of pressure to snap these onto the paint can. Straight on or you will snap off the spray tip. Once on, it is easy to use and even shake the can to mix the paint up. So easy you'll have more paint runs than usual. Slow and steady and ignore the video's that say keep a steady spray going. NO!!!! You'll have more paint runs that you can fix if you do. Since the trigger is easy and comfortable. Side to side motion while releasing the trigger at each ending pass. Careful how you feather it into the next paint strip! By far this is the best value for the money. It works just great on all cans, just like they said. As I get older this is the handiest item for arthritis sufferers. I used it with Krylon and Rust-Oleum spray cans. It effectively prevents the paint from coming into contact with your fingertips and provides a comfortable grip. It seems to apply more pressure on the trigger, resulting in a higher paint output. A quicker pace will then prevent any paint runs.
