Took this down to Florida Keys and couldn’t be happier with this little tent. Easy to set up and enough room for two people. The little posters kept items off the floor of the tent. Even rode out two huge thunderstorms and no issues at all. The only down side was trying to figure out the fly cover and one of the tent stakes bent going into the coral sand. Okay, I'm 6' 5" and I get that's taller than the average person, but I specifically looked at the dimensions for tents so I could find something that was small enough to backpack with but large enough to actually fit in. The photos in the description say 82+" in each direction, but apparently that's some exaggerated exterior dimension and doesn't reflect the actual usable space at all. At 6'5", I should have had at least a few inches to spare, but my feet and head were literally pushing out each end of the tent by a few inches. Let me tell you, what doesn't make for a good night's sleep is having a loud scratchy fabric squeezing you from head to toe all night. Could I sleep on my side, sure, but that's super uncomfortable on the ground. Option two, lay diagonal, which is also great if I want to be the only person in the tent. So, all in all it's completely worthless for me and I'll be returning it. I rated it three stars because I think, for shorter people, it would be a fine tent. The build quality seems fine for the one night I used it and the design is pretty standard. But, why not just list the usable dimensions like most tents unless you're trying to mislead people? ... show more

I am not an outdoorsman and I do not enjoy camping. Nonetheless, I still get dragged into with friends and I am so grateful to have purchased this tent. After three uses I have decided to write a review. Firstly, the tent is EXTREMELY easy to set-up (big bonus!). Second, the tent is the perfect size for 2 people (just what I need!). And third, the rainfly above the tent works wonders. I seas able to use this tent in the pouring rain for hours and didn’t feel one drop. Great product. Highly recommend. ... show more

The size was just right. Good circulation with the windows so it didn't get too stuffy inside. It says it takes a couple minutes to set up but it took us 15-20 the first time. Assuming that was because it was our first time.

I bought this in march for a camping trip scheduled at the end of april. Not thinking anything about return windows. I get the tent set up, and initial reaction is other than feeling a bit thin, it seems alright. Once I tried zipping the door closed. I knew things weren’t alright. The zipper was immediately sticky, and just felt cheap. After loading everything in my tent, and getting all set up, I decided to zip up for the night, and what would you know.. the zipper jams up… no biggie, this happens to all tents eventually.. right? Well I managed to get it free, and try zipping the door again. Only this time the zipper ripped off the door (teeth and all) it was immediately beyond repair the first time I used it. Luckily I had a space blanket, and I was able to tie off a makeshift door for the night. And ran into town to buy another tent the next day. Got back from my camping trip and tried to start a return. To find the return window was already gone. So now the tent is in the trash, and I guess I’m out $70 ... show more

Used this one night only. It was bested by a racoon. I had no food in the tent, so I'm not sure what the little guy was after. It is a nice tent though. Looks as advertised. Stood through the rain. Kept the bugs out.

Pulled it out, se it up and the first thing that happened was seeing the metal cylinder on the end of a pole come off. The second thing I noticed was one of the clips on the tent to hold the poles wasnt tight enough to hold the pole. Other than that, it's a tent. Easy set up. Even easier outside, but it's raining. Going camping next week, so I get to try it out in the wilderness. Might add another review after. ... show more
