My children and I camped out in 30° weather this past weekend. I dreaded the idea of the confinement of a regular size sleeping bag. This one definitely gave me enough wiggle room. If you are overweight or tall or just don’t like to have a tight sleeping bag, this is an excellent solution. It kept me warm on an extremely cold night, but was still easy to get in and out of.

I wouldn’t actually recommend these for camping outside. I ordered 2 (teal & pink) because they were the only sleeping bags that would ship/arrive the same day. We moved into a new house, before most of our belongings arrived (and we hadn’t figured out the thermostat yet) and the small amount of bedding we brought wasn’t enough to keep warm at night. These were good enough & price right ($19) for our kids to temporarily use. I tried it out one night and the bag does retain warmth. However, it is a very very thin bag. The outside feels like a cheap rain jacket. I do worry about ripping. The thin layer of padding inside is not sewn in place so I did occasionally have to work it back flat. No problem (so far) with either of the zippers though. The kids rolled them out over their nugget playcouches and they slept great. They’re too thin to sleep directly on the floor. You’ll want some sort of mat. Overall, they worked just fine for our situation. So, for indoor camp outs by the tv or kid’s sleep overs, I recommend. Any actual camping…probably not a good choice.

Used these paired with teepees for grandkids to “camp” in our shared hotel room. Suitable for indoor sleep-overs or summer camping. Made well and seem durable for price point. I washed and dried before trip to remove any manufacturing odor/residues. They washed very nicely! I would recommend for a budget- friendly sleeping bag. Several colors to choose from as well.

Bag is OK for the price. Zipper is poor quality. Main zipper can be opened from outside or inside of the sleeping bag. When we pulled on the handle to open from the inside, it came off. We are exchanging.

Definitely recommend a sleeping pad underneath it when possible. But during warmer weather this sleeping bag breathes well and remains pretty cool. During colder weather you're going to need to add some kind of insulation, but it's still very comfortable. It's a lighter sleeping bag so it rolls up into a decently small package which is nice.

Bought this sleeping bag for my kids to use at sleepovers. They are in love! It is very warm and comfy and comes in so many great colors (we have green, blue and black). The sleeping bag comes in a bag that is easy to carry and even easier to stuff back into. Haven’t used it camping yet so not sure how it holds up to the outdoors but for traveling and sleep overs, you can’t beat it!
