I needed a cooler for work. I work all day outside no matter the weather so when it's hot and humid out having an ice cold water or sports drink makes things just slightly better. I fill this with ice and leave it in my truck where temperature can reach over 120 degrees. It keeps ice for two or three days easily. Every morning I drain the melt then just add some ice to top it off. On Fridays I top this thing off, work all day, then have ice left over all weekend for any outdoor activities. I've had it for about 2 years now and it has taken a beating but I've had no issues. All I've done is put some duct tape on the handle so the foam doesn't ripe off, netting in the lid to store items, and added a few decals of my favorite football team. One bad side is can get a little heavy when all loaded down with ice and drinks, but I can live with that. I'm not carrying this thing around all day. As for space I can fit about 10 bottles of water and sports drinks and about a 7 pound bag of ice. I'm happy I purchased this cooler and can forsee it staying tough for a long time.

Does a great job keeping food very cold. Everything stayed cold even raw meat for three days. This was during the summer on a camping trip. After three years of use not even the safety straps have broken. Best cooler I have ever used.

Update: We finally were able to get in touch with the correct people at Camp Zero and returned our cooler. They have sent us a new one and it is out on the deck with water in it for over 8 hours. No leaking so far. We really do like the size and construction of this cooler, it seemed to keep the contents cold. We are looking forward to using this again on our next camping trip. We sent this email to Camp-Zero about a cooler I bought for a gift this Christmas. It was not used until last month and leaked both times we have used it. " To Camp Zero - We purchased an orange Camp-Zero 20 Premium rotomolded cooler from the Camp-Zero store on Amazon last December. It wasn’t used use until recently. I noticed that water was leaking from the feet on our last outing. Our RV floor was wet, and the spot on the dry ground became damp and a bit muddy. To check it at home, I cleaned and dried it completely and filled the bottom with water, making sure the drain plug was tight. None dripped from the drain plug, but water leaked from the feet closest to the drain. Clearly there is a manufacturing defect where the drain plug hole is not glued properly and water is leaking into the insulated area and out where the feet are fastened" This email was sent a week ago and we have not had any response. We are not able to use this cooler the way that we expected we would and would like a replacement from the maker. At this point we would not recommend this product.

My first Camp Zero product. Keeps stuff cold and does not leak. Same quality as a Yeti for about $75 less. We used it to keep items cold on a multi-day road trip. It kept things cold well over 24hrs. I hardly had to change out the ice.

Still tired from trip. I first bought the 10-Liter in the Black Granite before they were gone. I was happy with it, and it arrived quickly (they shipped this the next morning). I was leaving on a trip, and decided I wanted a bigger one, just for frozen water bottles. IF they shipped it quickly, like they did before, and UPS was the same speed, I should get this the day before I leave. If it didn't arrive in time for my trip, I had no need for it. I took a chance, and it was shipped the next morning, and it ARRIVED ON TIME. (I am copying and pasting this into a review of the 10-liter). The quality is great. My only complaint is that the handle is very difficult to put down on the 10-liter, not the 20-liter, which is much easier. I filled up the 20-liter cooler with almost as many frozen water bottles that would fit, on Sunday late-afternoon. I just unpacked the cooler (Thursday afternoon), and some of the bottles were 40-50 percent frozen. I had only opened it once on the journey home, in a car. These coolers aren't cheap, but to me, they were well worth the price, for the value they added to my trip. I kept the 10-litter on the floor of the passenger seat, and was CAREFULLY able to open it and retrieve something while driving without traffic. That's all, I'm tired still.

Very cute and perfect size for what I needed, doesn't keep ice as long as it advertised, took it with us to an Airbnb and with it inside after our trip up in the a/c by morning ice was melted.
