UPDATE: I had to change my initial rating of 1 star to 5 star and this is why. I bought a few of the 72W and a few of the 61W units. These are extremely well built units..very sturdy. Yes I had difficulty with the packaging on 3 of the units. Two of them the corners of the boxes were ripped open and assembly parts were missing. One other unit there were no assembly parts and a leg was missing. HOWEVER, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC!! They were very understanding of my problems. They were very attentive and maintained contact with me during the resolution process. They were very apologetic, they gave me a partial credit for the unit missing a leg and assembly parts and sent me a new unit free of charge without having to return the other unit. That was a relief as they are very heavy units. They also took strides in improving their packaging on later orders as I did not purchase all the units I needed at the same time. The quality of the units is unbeatable. The customers service is unbeatable. They took my concerns regarding packaging and improved them on later deliveries. I definitely would recommend purchasing these units. If you experience a problem, I assure you that the customer service will be very attentive, very apologetic and will do their best to resolve your issue and will appreciate your business! (The following review is my initial 1 star review and it has been modified to a 5 star review)...Yesterday I received two of three units I ordered. The company claims that all three units were delivered. The boxes of the two units I received were damaged and torn open and several small assembly pieces of one the units fell out of the box as I was moving it to my upstairs condo unit. I have not opened either of the boxes so I do not know if more pieces fell out during transit and are missing. I do not know if any of the parts are damaged since I have not opened either of the boxes and examined the contents. I sent a message to Cammoo yesterday and today and have not heard back from them yet. I am extremely disappointed in the careless packaging of the boxed units. It's not that difficult to securely package a shelving unit. If a company cannot secure small pieces inside the box, then it should have better quality control on how the entire unit is boxed so the small pieces won't fall out of the box when moving it up a flight of stairs. At this point I hold the assumption that there will be more missing pieces once I open the entire box as clearly no one cared how the unit was packaged and no one cared that the box was damaged and torn open while in transit. I will update this review whether or not CAMMOO replies to my message and comment on their level of concern in resolving these unacceptable issues and overall customer satisfaction. I will refrain from offering an opinion on whether one should purchase from this company at this time but as you can gather from the above I am leaning in a certain direction. ... show more

Super happy with my purchase, I got my package missing some parts, I didn’t notice until one month later when I was trying to assembly, great customer service they take card of me, sent me the parts missing quickly. The assembly was very easy. There is a video that makes it easy to follow the steps. I’m a woman, and it was very easy for me to assembly. It has a large storage space, a strong build, great stability, and a big capacity. It can hold heavy weights, the material is durable, and it looks great. It is definitely worth the price! Avoid a massive hassle. This shelving unit seems to be decently heavy duty, but I can't comment on the actual shelf. Our box arrived completely mangled and taped together. About half of the hardware pieces were missing and the rest were loose in the box. Of the four main vertical corner pieces, two were missing. A few of the other pieces were bent and scuffed up. I get some issues happen with heavy items during shipping, but this wasn't even close to packaged well enough. It wouldn't have survived the trip to the truck from the shelf at the manufacturer. I don't understand how two of the biggest pieces (72 inches long) got lost in shipping. Much more likely would be they weren't packaged in the start. Still waiting to hear back from the seller, as Amazon won't do a return. ... show more

I ordered one of these on Prime day but unfortunately it appeared to be damaged during shipping: One of the main supports was bent with cracked welds at the base making using it a safety concern. I reached out to Cammo's customer service and they replied within the same day and offered to send a replacement for the damaged part. Much to my surprise they ended up sending another unit all together within a few days. They definitely went above and beyond in resolving my issue! ... show more

Was very impressed by the quality! The metal wire decking is very thick. Accounts for almost half the weight! Assembly was very smooth, it came with all the tools you need including an adjusting hammer to help settle in the shelves. This is definitely a good value. Very happy with it!

This shelving unit is very stout, although I might hesitate placing a total of 6000 pounds on it. Once together, it is sturdy and doesn't wobble. The individual pieces are light weight and it assembles easily. One person can assemble it, however it would be easier with two (especially when fitting the facing braces into the uprights. It was delivered with all the parts and pieces. If I needed additional shelving, I would not hesitate in purchasing another one of these units. ... show more
