Writing this review after my first day of use. I make enough tea for my entire day in the morning and need it to stay hot/warm all day. I didn’t start drinking it until 7 hours after I made it and it was still hot. By the time I got home at hour 13 it was still decently warm. It sat in my air conditioned office for the majority of the day. The lid comes apart for washing. There’s still crevices though that may prove difficult to clean by hand but so far no issues. I had issues with the lids coming off other mugs because of the pressure building up but that is not an issue with this mug. The lid screws on and the cover slides into place. It showed no signs of stress from the pressure buildup. No leaks either as I was walking into work with a completely full mug. The grippy bottom is really nice for making sure it doesn’t make that awful clanking sound when you set it down and ensuring it doesn’t slide off the roof of my car when I’m trying to arrange myself to walk into work. Seems to fit into my tiny cup holder in my car just fine. The 32oz is perfect for my 4 cups of tea I make in the morning. Currently rating this mug 10/10. Will update if this changes. ... show more

    • Puts YETI to shame

I love these tumblers. We had YETI for a while before finding these. This is our 4th tall with a handle. My wife brings a different one to work each day, usually matching her outfits. The thermal capabilities are equal or better than YETI. The handle is comfortable since its not just colored metal, but soft to the touch but not flimsy. The bottom is covered in the same material so it doesn't make such a racket like the YETIs do, which is very annoying. Durablitiy has been great as well, dropped more than one on a couple of occasions on hard surfaces from waist high; scratched to plastic lid & small dent on the bottom, but still usable with a bit of patina. Even after those mishaps, NONE have ever leaked a drop, all held tight & plenty hot. The best thing after that is its ability to be easily broken down & everything goes into the dishwasher. I put the cover & body on the topshelf with the smaller pieces in the silverware holder with the flap secured on the holder so the pieces don't fly around everywhere. I wash 2 per load, every other day when the machine is full. Works a treat. I marked a star off because the yellow pictured os a far cry from what was delivered, same for the stone. Yellow came very pale, closer to pastel easter than goldenrod pictured on the page. Also, the stone pictured looks pretty dark & earthy but when delivered looks like a offwhite similiar to an eggshell. These 2 were the only ones that were colored differently. Our 2 blues & the coral are great. Also, when the cover gets screwed on, the opening isn't exactly 90 degrees from the handle. Doesn't bother my wife, but it drives me nuts as a visual. I don't use the handled tumblers, so it's not a deal breaker but a minor detail for those of us who look at these things. I think they are totally worth buying over YETI. Watch for any kind of sale & buy whichever color you like. I use the middle volume without the handle because thats my preference. If you want a handle, its either the large or small. The small will NOT fit in the average car cup holder where as the others will. The small is good around the house or office as long as it doesn't have travel. Sometimes I brew a full pot (10 cup carafe) of black tea in the morning. I pour a regular coffee mug, the small Camelpak tumbler, & the non-handle Camelpak tumbler add sugar & milk to each stir then twist the tops on. TIP: screw on with slider open then close, otherwise it might spit a little when you open for the first sip. As the day goes on & I finish the mug, the small mug is ready to drink & perfect drinking temp. After that, the tall tumbler is the same even if its been poured 4 hours or so prior. If I wouldn't do that, I'd have to use the microwave in a regular mug 3-4 times in between. If you are debating these or YETI, get these. YETI is grossly overpriced with plenty of flaws. These are similiarly priced with all the coveniences you need. ... show more

I bought the yellow 32 oz. mug, and the color was as expected. so far it is keeping my coffee hot for hours, which is a switch from my old coffee mug. I like that the lid screws on and keeps everything nice and secure. This one is a keeper.

Cup seals great. Completely leak proof. A little awkward to drink out of due to size but easy to get comfortable with. Cap is very difficult to remove or screw tight if you don't open the drinking port slide cover first. Cup seals so well with drink port slide closed there is a strong vacuum created which creates added resistance screwing on or off cap.
