I closed my brick and mortar clothing boutique and I am selling entirely online, so I needed clothing racks that hold various length garments. I purchased this rack five times on three different occasions and you’d think I’d be a pro at assembly by rack #5, but no. Comparing this to other garment racks “in its class” it’s decent quality, however, I gave four stars instead of five for three reasons, #1 being assembly. It is not difficult to assemble, however, the pieces should be individually marked with stickers rather than having to keep flipping over the strictly diagramed instructions which are out of numeric order. #2, this is a two-tier rack with one rack accommodating longer garments. The problem is the space between both racks is not wide enough (see images) so garments overlap and get caught/entangled. There needs to be more than 12 inches of space between the two tiers/racks. #3, the material/parts need to be a bit a more solid. I love this clothes rack. I recently moved and was trying to arrange clothes in different closets. This helped to hang items which went in different rooms then roll it all in at one time. I’m currently using it to decide clothes to take on vacation with me. This is a great rack for the price.

The packaging was surprisingly small , but the whole thing was a collection of small, carefully packed parts. The hardware bag actually had a few extra bolts. But the caster assemblies are not sturdy. I pushed it around, unloaded and it was fine. But the wheels dug into the carpet with cloths on the rack, and they twisted badly. The square tube legs are just not meaty enough to keep the stud on the casters from getting pushed sideways. Not fixable without welding reinforcement plate. Advice: Keep it off carpet and you'll be fine. ... show more

Be ready to spend time setting it up, although it was easy. Here’s my complaint! The image shows the two tier rack with clothes hanging nicely… that is false.
