I would like to start off by saying that the trampoline itself is acceptable, and we did have fun for the short time it lasted. We have been so deeply disappointed by this thing. I saved for quite a while to be able to get the 14" trampoline. It was fantastic for about two months, then a sinlge windy night and it became a huge mess. A couple of the netting poles bent and resulting pressure from extra movement cased the very cheaply made plastic snapping caps to break. At first only two of the poles were affected. I did my best to try to epoxy and tape what I could, but they ended up breaking again, this time with two more poles added to the defective pile. I have gone back a number of times to patch what I can, but it is just wrecked. There's no way I can afford to replace so many parts, and honestly, I shouldn't have to. The bend in the metal that is fastened to the bottom of the netting poles has no reinforcement, so they easily snap. The top snapping pieces are a poor design causing the pressure to be on a small bit of the plastic that is only held on my one tiny screw. It makes no sense for them to have done well on the trampoline and do so awful on the netting. This is not a cheap purchase. The build components should not be cheap or weak.

My two problems are with how long it took to put up and with how fedex put it right in front of my garage so I had to get out and move it myself (obviously heavy) to get my car out. Which has nothing to do with the actual product lol. It’s great! My kids are obsessed. It looks so nice and seems like actual good quality. I will say the stuff the bars are coated in scratches off while you’re putting stuff together so there’s like paint/metal/whatever shavings in my grass which I don’t love but I’m sure is fine

Assembly was quick and easy with two people. The real five stars is given to the customer service. We had a storm the day after set up and it blew away! The company was so responsive, gracious, and offered options for parts or full replacement. Should we ever need a second or another trampoline, we will stick with this company!

Only had it for a few months and the poles that hold up the safety net, have all broken. I have an 11 and 12 year old both under 100lbs. The trampoline itself is great, but they really need to do something about the net poles.

When I read the review about the frame snapping, I assumed they may have exceeded the weight limit. We set this thing up, and yes, it looks GREAT, and the design seems to have addressed some of the flaws we’ve experienced with previous trampolines. But no joke—five minutes into letting our child play on it with a friend, and BOOM! The frame snaps. Just like the other buyer warned (and their review has 12 likes). I’ll update this review once I hear back from the company and see how they handle it. But one thing’s for sure—those outer rings are definitely NOT stainless steel. SMH. What a shame. The ball is in their court now, we’ll see what happens.
