I play golf 3 times a week and a 3 handicap at 72 years old. The Callaway Hybrid, 3 wood and Mavrik irons are a great addition to my game. The hybrid is awesome. I hit it pretty far for an old guy. It has a sweet, sweet spot and the feel of the swing is great. They're a beautiful set of clubs and I also bought the Mavrik Staff bag and Callaway soft golf balls. Very good value for the money. Includes head cover. Great performance--filled in a gap in my clubs to hit 150 yds on the fairway or get out of the rough. Nice club head weight.

I'm a fairly new golfer. After getting reasonably confident with some old, cheap clubs, I decided to upgrade but didn't want to pay the prices of the newest 2023 line, so I went with the Mavrik. (hybrid 4) It's been a game changer for me. In addition to hitting more consistently straight and longer shots, I've found it to be much easier on my arthritic hands compared to hitting with a similar iron. I will be adding the hybrid 3 and if it were possible, I'd pick up a 5 as well. But for some reason, all hybrid 5 options go away when you select left-handed which is frustrating. And also the reason I didn't give this club 5 stars. ... show more

Quickly has become my favorite club in my bag. Easy to keep the shots straight but also responsive when another shot shape is needed. Pretty forgiving on miss hits as well so that is helpful.

I've owned the Mavrik irons and Driver for a couple of years and absolutely love them. Needed 5 Hybrid and my first shot with it was perfect ... hit the distance I expected. This is exactly what I expected, very pleased with the purchase.

Does pretty darn good between the tee shot and the iron shots! Is a great middle fairway club! Works for keeping shots low if you want them low. Awesome for under trees or in the rough. Have discovered if swinging too hard, put the metal to it, it will slice with too much energy into it. Size makes it too easy to hit off of the toe. I rarely ever use my 3 or 5 wood anymore, so took them out of my bag! My Maverick is a 4. Can also go a good distance on the fairway, easily going 200 yards plus! Also a handy club for punching out under trees and landscaping dividing fairways. Just have to hit the ball square, in the sweet spot, or may slice or draw. It’s not always forgiving ... show more
