* Update after purchasing a 2nd bed queen size Medium - Firm. I felt my first bed a plush full was to soft. I decided to take advantage of the 100 day guarantee. Sent a message to seller they offered a $100 credit, i felt that was fair, as returning the bed (like how do u do that) would be hard. I recieved my refund adjustment of $100 next time bed goes on sale will purchase another bed from same vendor in the Mediun Firm. .***let me be clear we like both beds I just bought the wrong firmness as I had no experience with non-traditional mattress. 1st use a hand truck/dolly to lift and move mattress while in it's box. I placed mine in extra room with no air conditioning a warm room will help expanding the bed, wait at least 24hrs mine took 30hrs to reach full 12 inches 2nd Find the Cutting Tool. This made cutting away the plastic wrap so easy and risk free of damaging mattress. Be ready this thing shoots out of the wrapping quickly as I cut mine as a roll thing sprang out fast. 3rd read the 2 booklets following directions. I noticed after placing my bed on its platform the edge support seemed better than when it was on the floor. I used a Bedsure quilted topper and Zinus cooling 1.5 inch memory foam . Inside pleased with this bed after 5 days that today we ordered the Medium Queen for my husband's room. Mine is the full size plush I like a softer bed. I did purchase the insurance trust me it's worth it. I will update my review in 30 days. I did not notice any strong odors, it appears to me well built, well packaged. I read most of the reviews, watched videos here and on YouTube. The price is very good. Today is May 26,2024 and still thrilled with my purchase I removed memory foam topper leaving only a thin quilted cover my bed is now very comfortable. ... show more

The mattress arrived on time, was packaged very well, and was in good condition. We opened the packaging using the tool provided. We allowed the mattress several hours to "decompress" from shipping. This will sounds odd but hopefully you'll understand. The mattress is perfect for one person sleeping on it (as evidenced by taking solo-naps) but if two people are using the mattress, it tends to dip in the middle giving the slight feeling of rolling toward the middle while sleeping. I wasn’t sure about buying this mattress because of the low price but I’m so glad I did. It’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. It’s extremely comfortable it’s not too soft or too firm it’s absolutely perfect. It aligns with my body and has actually reduced my back pain from my last mattress. It’s was very easy to set up it’s a mattress in a box and it comes with an opener to make it easier getting it out of the plastic. Easy to set up delivery was a great. Wasn’t a hassle to get up stairs and into my room like a traditional mattress would be. Opened the box got it out took the plastic off and let it expand it’s ready to go. It’s a great affordable and comfortable option. Got a full size and it’s firm.

This mattress is amazing. The price point is awesome. It’s on the softer side which is what I like. We bought this for our guest room and it’s honestly just as comfortable as my mattress that costs 20X the price of this one. It does take about a day to fully expand but it’s the perfect size.

We are very satisfied so far about a week in. It’s softer than I expected which I am happy about. I have it on a box spring and have noticed the edge is a little soft. The corners are more supported. Over all I’m pleased with this mattress especially for the price.
