These sheets are 100% cotton, with a 500 thread count. They are very nice and soft. I bought a set of these a year or more ago, and liked them so much that I just bought a second set. What I especially appreciate about the sheets is that they are generously sized, so can accommodate our very deep King size mattress. (The set of sheets I’m replacing are very skimpy: It’s a struggle to get that last corner of the fitted sheet on the mattress, and the fitted sheet keeps popping off because it’s not deep enough.) All the sheets I have purchased from California Design Den have been excellent, including these. I am a hot sleeper, and the 500 count has been a little too much. They are nice and smooth and cool to a point. I've woken up multiple times sweating even with a fan on. These may be more for the winter months or a cooler climate. I live in the South and the winters are usually mild. The fault is my own for not doing more research. Im keeping them anyway. The pockets aren't as deep as the Egyptian cotton sets, but it should not be an issue. ... show more

Love these. They have washed well. I love my mattress warmer but I also love the feel of a crisp cool sheet. These are perfect as they allow the heat to transfer from my warmer but the feel is still cool so I'm not over heating. I got them on sale for $44 queen size

These sheets look exactly like the picture. The feel of them is wonderful and the material is nice. They have stayed nice and have not ripped. They smelled slightly but after one wash the smell was gone. The size was great at first, but after time they have stretched out and no longer stay on the mattress.
