Bought these as a painting tool to make fun textures with acrylics. I can’t speak to their usability for cake making, but for paintings its 10/10!

I bought these to use in texturing handbuilt clay projects. Many of the edges produce very similar results. I'm sure they'd work fine for icing though.

This is a very serviceable item - 12 in one. There is a lot of repetition with the zig zag theme, but for the money, that's okay. Easy to use an easy to clean up. I, like another reviewer, got them for texturing modeling paste on my canvases. Even though I would have liked more of the rounded zig-zags, they serve me well.

I ordered these for use in my work as a cake decorator for a large grocery store. I work on up to 100 cakes daily. These combs are a quality plastic, good thickness, and sharp edges where needed. They are NOT that flimsy thin plastic that I got from Wish.com 12 for $8.95?? WOW!!! And Prime shipping as well!! I go through up to 50 scrapers and 10-20 combs daily, so I always need more, just so I do not have to wash as I go through my day. I will be ordering a minimum of 2 more sets. You will not be disappointed!
