Sorry for the odd headline. I love this instant coffee for traveling, camping, and to have for work, not a big fan of Kuerig and other instants. So when I saw it advertised on Amazon for a "12 pack" of packages of 6 servings of Cafe Bustelo for a good bit less than I can buy at the market, I bought it. What arrived was 2 packages of 6 servings.... for $20.35. I buy a package of 6 servings locally for about $1.80 if it's on sale. So I wrote to HEALTH HUT OFFICIAL and complained through Amazon's message center. I was told that they were sorry and offered a 5% refund and I can keep the coffee already delivered... not good. I replied that I would like the other ten (10) packs of Cafe Bustelo that I had paid for. That customer service person asked to confirm my home address and replied with a message saying I was looking forward to them making it right. Only about 3 weeks went by and nothing. Considering that the original package arrived "overnight" I contacted them and and updated my negative review on Amazon. HEALTH HUT OFFICIAL contacted me again (squeaky wheel) , confirmed my address and the rest of my coffee order arrived yesterday. On top of that, HEALTH HUT OFFICIAL added 10 more packs of 6 to the current shipment! Not necessary for me to change my review(s) but, I am grateful. I am glad that HEALTH HUT OFFICIAL corrected the error after a couple of nudges. ... show more

I really love the price I paid for it. I only bought one because I didn’t know how it would taste as it is instant coffee. But I really love it. It’s one of the best instant coffees I’ve ever tasted and the price was more than worth it.

I buy this Café Bustelo Espresso Style Dark Roast Instant Coffee, 7.05 Ounces pretty much all the time, when it is in stock. This is very good tasting instant coffee. You can make it in the strength you like. For me, I make mine strong and then add a bit of half and half. I pretty much live off this stuff, as I have gotten very lazy lately about actually brewing up fresh coffee anymore. So for a gal who is always in a hurry, and somewhat lazy about having to clean a coffee pot, this yummy Café Bustelo Espresso Style Dark Roast Instant Coffee has been the perfect solution for me! I ordered this on 8/19 for $110 equaling $4.58 a brick and it arrived via USPS on 8/28; all 24 bricks are in good shape; the vacuum seals on all bricks are in tact; all bricks have the same expiration date, which is 7/27/2025; packaging looks legit; I'll be set with coffee for the next 2 yrs as I consume about a brick or two each month; I'll return to the review to supplement it if something turns up worth reporting; this is a good value under the circumstances; other single and multiple bricks were going for about $8! Before covid, I usually got them for 3 for $5; I haven't opened nor tried yet a brick because I still have left some gourmet coffee I bought at Whole Foods while this got delivered so I can't yet give a quality remark; and lastly, the bricks arrived in a box the size of all the bricks without peanuts, air bubbles or other cushion to protect them during transit; the box wasn't damaged.
