I bought this specifically because the carafe that comes with the keurig duo drips and leaks down the side with almost every pour. I switched to this one and havent had a single drip spilled since. Perfect replacement. If you’re looking for a replacement specifically because your keurig carafe leaks when you pour, this is the one. Also some reviews mention this being really thin glass. The glass isnt any thinner than a normal coffee maker carafe. Anyone thats owned a coffee maker knows the glass is always thin. Not sure why anyone would care about the glass thickness.

My wife accidentally broke original carafe for our Keurig Duo and our hearts stopped. I mean the main reason why you buy this machine is so you can use the pods as well as just making a pot of coffee. I checked online and saw the original replacement sold at Keurig for quite a bit more money. I then checked Amazon and saw the replacement carafe. At first glance, I thought no way. The shape, design and overall looks, looked nothing like the original. Then I read on how people are having issues pouring the coffee as it is spilling or dripping as they pour. I then searched more, but this seems to be the only game in town. I took a chance. It was packaged and protected very well. Looking at it live and in the picture, my view didn't change as it looks totally different. I see in pictures where you can adjust the height of lid so it will fit various makers I guess. Out of the box to the machine, no adjustment necessary. Fits the Keurig Duo perfectly. Size of the pot is exactly the same as the original. The real test was pouring coffee. The original carafe, many had issues pouring without spilling or dripping coffee. We never had a problem and even tried hard to spill and couldn't in normal pouring. This carafe again, no difference. We've only made a couple of pots so far, but pouring coffee as we always do, not a drop spilled. We have no issues. Only thing I can think of is that others pour as if they are a waitress and try to pour a while cup in a swift, fast pour as waitresses normally do in a restaurant. Those carafes are designed for that. This and other carafes for home, you just pour slower to medium pour speed pour and it works great. Not sure how else to explain it. You don't have to trickle or super slow pour to avoid dripping as I thought I'd have to. I just pour as I have for years and no issues. Overall, a great carafe for Keurig Duo, fits perfectly out of box and no issues with dripping or spilling, when pouring. I don't like giving 5 stars as people think... yeah, right. How much were they paid or discounted to say that. I was not paid or compensated in any way and truly believe it deserves 5 stars.

This replacement pot fits and works like a charm with the Keurig Duo. Durability has yet to be seen, but it does appear slightly more robust than the stock carafe if my molded shape alone. The one that came with the unit broke with a funny look after a few months moderate use. Generally speaking you have to treat these glass pots with baby gloves over time, one light tap on a marble counter top or delicate ding against a ceramic sink...their days tend to become numbered. So I'm glad I found a relatively cheap replacement that works, but ultimately double wall insulated steel carafes are the way to go if you can find a good solution, those last forever, but tend to be harder to clean. Coffee life is all about trade-offs. Downside with this replacement is the spout was not designed very well, with a full pot down to about 3/4 full, coffee and water both tend to want to trickle down the front face of the pot when pouring, making a nice mess. Highly annoying and unfortunately common in replacements like this. The little spout is too shallow and small, not angled precisely to avoid this. So water/coffee runs right around it under the flip top lid. Requiring two hands to pour, one to hold down the lid tight the other to pour, then it can be staunched to a degree, but not entirely. To coffee achievers like me this is a sort of deal breaker long term. Overall enough of a solution to overlook this, but I'm bound to replace/upgrade my coffee/brewing setup completely soon! And probably spend way too much money on that...

Needed a replacement after I broke the original. After double checking the reviews and asking questions, I found this one. The cheapest priced one at the time. Doesn't look like the original K carafe, but cost $60 cheaper. Typical thin glass, but seems to be well build and more importantly.... FITS! I would recommend this for your Keurig 5100. Model number can be found on the bottom of your coffee maker - close to the UL symbol.

This pot is too small and if you brew a 12 cup pot it will overflow. This listing is misleading and they want almost half the price of the pot to return it. This pot bases its cup size off 4 oz cups. The keurig duo cups are based off 6 ounce cups.

I've purchased several of these coffee carafes as mine occasionally get broken when washing. But this one in particular, the handle keeps coming off. We have re-glued it several times, but it keeps coming off. It's only a few months old. So not returnable any longer. But not great engineering.
