If you are getting this to make into a dinomask, I am here to tell you that this is made of hard plastic. It is great quality. Most of these masks on Amazon are made of rubber, but this one is true hard plastic. This is amazing for its price, definitely recommend!!

A lot of dino masks on amazon are scams, being a latex or rubber material, but this mask is hard plastic with an easily moveable jaw. The straps on the back take a bit to figure out how to use, but are easy to use once you get the hang of it. I customized my mask to make it have colors that are more to my taste, and it was very easy to paint (use a few layers of white before the actual coloring). If you have glasses, either don't wear them or use contacts because the mask wont fit glasses, and if you have bangs, be sure to pin them up or to the side or they will be right in your eyes. Overall, it was exactly what I was looking for and was 100% worth the money :) ... show more

I actually bought this and the claws (separately) to wear for a Halloween costume. It was a lot of fun and comfortable to wear. It is well constructed and adjusts easily to fit. My grandkids love playing with it when they come over.

I have put off ordering a dino mask for a while now due to just how many scam(latex) masks there are. This one IS a real, hard plastic dino mask. The paint was chipped in a few little areas but it's hardly noticable, and if you're buying this to paint and customize it's no issue at all. The straps for both the head and chin have a good amount of customization and are actually more comfortable than I had imagined, and the rubber inside isn't as hard as I thought it would be(I can comfortably wear the mask with 2 eyebrow piercings and a bridge piercing which is honestly amazing). To avoid a scam mask- look at the price, the brand store(should be mattel), and where it ships from. I paid about $19 after tax for this specific listing and that's as low as I would go to avoid the latex masks. Anything less is almost certainly not the real thing!! ... show more
