  • Good but make sure the rubberized wing nuts are tight
Color: 2016
Product works as advertised!. During our first use, one of the rubberized wing nuts fell out and was lost. The rubberized wing nuts secure the stabilizer bar between the skis. Tow rope could be more stout but works; just don't overload it. REVISED 09/27/2021....I wrote to the manufacturer about the lost rubberized wing nuts and they sent me free replacements. Very Happy with this company! ... show more

  • Great skis to get our 4 year old started at ...
Great skis to get our 4 year old started at the end of the season. He was able to get up out of a deep water start with my help on his 3rd try. They helped pop him out of the water quickly. When practicing on a beach running along the shallow water, the skis would pop up through a foot of water and plane out. 4 stars as the rope adjustment at the skis could be better along with instructions on how to best place the triangle of rope. It took a bit of time on land to get it fitted just right, and then needed an adjustment once in the water which wasn't the easiest to accomplish. The metal piece that adjusts the length of rope has hard edges which I noticed frayed a couple strands of the ski rope. If this piece was a bit easier to adjust and not abrasive to the rope, I'd give it 5 stars. I bought these skis as the rope system pulls on the handle as well as the skis when getting up versus other brands that just have the handle attached to the ski trainer and the boat pulls the skis only. The handles are of standard construction. The bindings are adjustable enough to probably fit the feet of an 80# kid yet small enough to fit our 30# 3yr old (didn't try in the water this year) The trainer bar is easily removed and seemed secure for all the pulls through the water and practice sessions on the grass. Great colors for our kids who are into Disney's "Planes" Dusty Crophopper. ... show more

  • Great for the little ones, but rope is very poor quality
Color: 2016
These skis really helpd the 8 year old kids get up and find success. The one complaint I have is that the rope is just terrible quality. The first set I ordered the rope came frayed and I returned them. The next set was unfrayed, but within the first half dozen uses, it started to fray where it the rope and clip meet. The last thing you want when teaching a child to waterski is to have the rope break on them. The rope needs to be seriously upgraded. ... show more

  • They will ski with these!!!
Color: 2016
Really helps new or novice skiiers....be careful not to let the wing nuts that hold the spacer bar get loose or lost!

  • Great skis to learn on -
Color: 2016
My 6 year olds learned how to water ski on these this summer. We used a regular ski rope from the boat (because they’ll have to use that eventually). But, these were great for them and they were able to stand in a couple of tries.

  • Just buy youth ski's !!
The skis are fine. The rope broke right at the tie the first time we used it. Disappointing. We used the skis to teach 5 grandsons to ski, ages 7 to 12 , but found the connector to be more of a hindrance than a help. They were able to get up AFTER we took that off. The shorter skis were great to use.. ... show more
