I’ve wanted to try British chocolate for so long. When I saw this, I was so excited and ordered it immediately, on November 23rd. I knew it would take a while to deliver, so when I saw the estimated arrival window, I wasn’t surprised. It was supposed to arrive between December 10th and December 28th. It shipped the day after I ordered it, which I thought was a good sign. However, December 10th came and went, and the status was nowhere near close to out for delivery. It is now past 8pm on December 28th, and my package is still not here. I am very frustrated, especially because all of the other recent reviews I read said it arrived quickly - some said as quick as two weeks after placing the order. It has now been over a month since I ordered this product, and it’s still not here. It now is slotted to arrive between the 29th and Jan. 1st. We’ll see if that happens, but I have little faith. Super disappointed, for now. I’m giving it one star for lateness. I’ll come back when (or if) it ever arrives and reevaluate. edit: my package finally arrived! A day late, but it arrived nonetheless. I was worried, because of other reviews, that it might be damaged or the chocolate might all be broken up, but everything is fine! All ten chocolates were included and everything was in good condition. I haven’t tried all of them yet, but the ones I have tried were delicious and in good condition. I’m increasing my review to 4 stars. Deducting one for lateness, but everything else was great! Don’t be alarmed by the small packaging like I was at first, everything is there, I promise (hopefully)!

Came late, some candy bars tasted old (even though date said they were ok), and many of the same style of candy was just in different wrappers. You can do better.

The items were all included as advertised. They were not expired. They were in a little carrying box. However, most of the candy bars tasted very stale and were dry and falling apart in the wrappers. I’ve had them before when I lived overseas, so I know what they are normally like.

I've been wanting to get this pack and finally decided to order. It arrived much sooner than expected. Each candy is full sized although some are smaller than others. They all have an expiration date on them and only two were beyond that but only by 2 weeks. They looked and tasted fine as I tried those first. I haven't been through all of them as I don't eat candy a lot but what I've had so far has been really good. We do have a world market where I live but their candy section is pretty small so I'm glad I purchased this as they didn't have any of these. I'm very pleased.

We love this chocolate box and have bought it several times. We’ve never had any issues with melting or severely broken chocolate bars. My kids prefer UK Cadbury and this is such a fun way to get to try a variety. We’ll continue to buy it again and again. Shipping from overseas is reasonable— this last time took a little longer, close to a month, but it’s always worth the wait.

Disappointing. Chocolate arrived completed melted. Attempted to restore it by refrigerating, but the damage was done and the chocolate was inedible. In previous orders of chocolate had always received it with ice packs. Not so this time.

Excellent assortment! Delicious choices! Consider the weather where you live when you order so your bars don't get melted. We loved cutting a bar in two and sharing over a cuppa in the evening after dinner! We love the box! We will buy again!

I sent this as a gift to a friend. Shipping took a little while but I believe they ship directly from the UK. It was delivered before Christmas even with all the delivery delays. They loved them! The box was super cute as well. Not sure the chocolates identified in the picture were the ones that were delivered but still a nice treat. If you're looking for something specific then you might want to double check with the seller first. Reasonable price as well.
