First of all: it works. I needed a longer optical audio cable because I was moving my CD player further from the receiver. This one did the trick, and at a reasonable price. Now, the downside: it's really, really slender, and therefore, really, really fragile. No kidding; you have to be very conscious of not snagging this thing, because the slightest force will be apt to snap it. With my big, clumsy feet, I'm guessing I should probably order a spare, just in case... ... show more
