Cable matters makes reliable cables. Never the cheapest, but not the most expensive. They don’t make junk. Cat5, xlr, specialty cables like this one, 1/4”, I have bought a lot of their products with zero problems. I am this cable to split the click and track out of ableton to the mixer.

Handy cable to have available. I don’t need it often, but when I need it, I need it. It is a fully separate left and right cable run with the two cables very lightly held together by a thin seam of rubber that can easily be pulled apart. The left and right XLR connectors can be pulled as far apart from each other as needed. So with my 10 foot cable, it can connect 2 speakers that are 19 feet apart. That’s handy. All the other cables on Amazon only let you separate speakers or other components by just a few feet. The male XLR’s make a solid secure noise free connection. Quality seems good. I was using a thin 3.5mm headphone extension cable to connect my computer to my studio monitors. There was some buzzing. With this cable the buzzing is reduced a lot. Works great! It’s not balanced, but it’s a higher quality cable than your random headphone cable.
