This is a really cool product. There is good news and bad news. The good news is the product came with all the parts necessary to install, even though there was no instructions on how to use the template supplied. It was easy to connect my phone to the lock as well as the cards included. The program allowed you to share access to the lock with others, but I could not figure out how to complete the task and there was no instructions on how to get it done. For example, it mentioned using a QCode for another user to scan to become a shared user. But I could not find anywhere where I could produce the QCode. This lock wont fit every drawer or door which was the case with my installation. My drawers rested on top of one another and I just couldn't find a way to make it work. I also had a problem with the software since the instructions were very limited. For example, I had no idea what "Unlock position did". The "Normally Open Mode" would open the lock and keep it that way which was very useful, but I had to click on the button multiple times to finally get it to work. For cabinets and some drawers, I can see this product being very useful in certain cases and it could be dramatically improved with better and more thorough instructions. ... show more

I have no doubt that this item is manufactured and programmed with quality components and up-to-date software. I only found one problem: to facilitate installation (and thus encourage the purchase of additional items for other cabinets, etc.), a step-by-step infographic is essential, one that allows users to identify the components, orient them correctly, and successfully complete the intended installation/use. In my case, I installed it incorrectly, damaged some components, and ultimately didn't use it precisely because the brief instruction manual included with the product is incomprehensible.
