I installed this filter today. I was impressed by how sturdy it felt, the airflow direction marking on the filter, a light foam border around the filter that provides a much more snug fit than other filters I have purchased previously and a small pool string on one corner of the filter that will permit easy removal when it’s time to replace. I installed this filter in a 2014 Dodge Journey 3.6. When it’s time to replace the filter, I will certainly look to purchase another one of these. As far as performance, I noticed better airflow through the vents in my car. The previous filter was not very dirty, but it had a poor fit.

I was looking for a cabin air filter that was HEPA and also had activated carbon. There are numerous out there, but this one had the best price and great reviews, so I gave it a try. As far as cabin air filters go, this is the most well made I've ever used in my 2018 F-150, and I've tried numerous brands over the years. The overall construction is excellent compared to your standard cardboard filter. It has a plastic body and is wrapped in foam. This allows for a super tight fit in the filter housing, though it's not too tight. It has a little pull tag, so when replacing, it should be easy to pull out. As far as airflow is concerned, this filter has the best airflow of any HEPA filter I have used. I bought another for my wife's 2022 Kia Sorento. This will be my go-to cabin air filter going forward.

The cabin air filter fits perfectly in my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. The old one looked like it had not been changed in many years. I don't understand why these were put in vehicles in the first place, we did fine without them for many years, but it's there and helps keep leaves from coming through the air vent and I suppose it stops dust and some allergens.

We had a rodent get into the AC fan of our truck and die. We needed to replace the folded paper filter. This one is much heavier and sturdier. It fit right in, and in conjunction with several other items took care of the odor.

Worked really well in my daughter's car, seems to have nearly eliminated the earthy smells that seem to plague her vehicle every time I have to open the door. Whether this is the cause of that reduction in smell or the copious amount of air fresheners we may never know, but I do know it was a perfect fit for the car, easy to install and better made than the one I took out (OEM). For the price it doesn't hurt to give it a try, definitely won't make the situation worse and you'll save a little money.

Good quality air filter! The air coming into the cabin, smells fresh, seems clean, and I’ve had no issues so far. I will echo what other users are saying, which is that the filter does restrict a bit of airflow. In some cases, I might have to use the second notch of airflow when I would traditionally only need one notch. Additionally, it would be helpful to provide more detailed instructions as to what side goes down. I am not the most savvy person when it comes to auto maintenance, but it did take an extra second or two to make sure I had the proper orientation.
