Suitcase is described accurately. I travel a lot for work and the little convenience things this suitcase brings, makes my whole airport experience so much more bearable. One thing, if you fill that suitcase to the max, almost nothing will fit in the outside packet. You may fit your external charger but anything beyond, that door won’t close.

I liked the TSA friendly combination locks although I wish it would have come with a power bank. The cup holder was a nice feature that I used at both airports and the integrated bag holders are handy. The phone holder in the handle is a bit on the flimsy side and a newer version ought to have some kind of harness or even a simple scrunchy to keep a valuable phone from just flipping out of the holder if you hit any bumps or uneven surfaces. The clothing tie down in the main compartment is pretty useless. There's no elastic or way to adjust it so it either buckles or you've got to reorganize your case. I like the fact that there's combination locks for both the main and laptop side but feel the laptop door is very flimsy/cheap plastic and will break easily. Overall, not bad

I loved the look of this viral suitcase. BUT, it can’t hold as much as a soft suitcase and the front flap for your laptop doesn’t have a handle to open it once you pop the latch. You have to use your nails to open it. And being as there’s no good solid barrier to protect laptop from clothing side if over packed, I can see that leading to damaged laptop.

I used this suitcase for the first time this weekend, and the outside pocket laptop holder broke. The clasps to keep it together are also breaking. Do not buy, it’s junk. So flimsy. Also the laptop pocket does not fit my laptop. Maybe a smaller iPad but not a full size laptop. I travel ALL the time and it didn’t make it out of the airport the first time. I do not understand all these great reviews. Did they get a different suitcase ? Also, it holds nothing it’s really small on the one side due to the pocket.
