This hat gets so many compliments! It's cute. It's blingy, but it's not overkill. It's a fine glitter, and some will come off if you rub it but just a surprisingly small amount. The hat is great quality!

It is really Shiny and looks pretty but I can’t stand the awful smell. When I openned it from its package the smell was so strong that it let impregnated the Whole room. I put it to air out for three days and The smell doesn’t seem to fade.
