I originally bought the Bioma Hydrating Milky Toner because it went viral on TikTok — and let me tell you, it actually lives up to the hype. I use this toner after cleansing and before actives and moisturizer. I am 44 and in perimenopause with skin that has become dryer in recent years and for the price this is a no brainer for extra hydration. Only drawback is the bottle is really excessive and bulky.
