Full assembly is required. The unit comes in two flat boxes. You will need a good size area to spread it out. The assembly instructions give pictures only. With some of the components it is very easy to get backwards which causes issues. Written instructions with pictures would be much better.

Unlike many of these cabinets it was incredibly easy to assemble. Just follow your alphabet letters on each part in sequence and instruction pictures. The only way that this cabinet could be improved is it having some latch to keep it closed without a key lock. The offset for this feature however is the nice looking dual handles it comes with. The common problem of dented parts mentioned in others reviews was also a problem on this one but very minor and easily straightened. We plan to buy another one. ... show more

I would knock off half a star only for minor damage of edges during shipping--we did not care, but someone might. It is a metal cabinet and is functional, which is all we needed. Better edge protection would be good, but for the price I was not concerned. It went together easily enough, and the seller was pleasant and responsive when we thought we were missing something. We were not missing anything, we just did not look hard enough, and we got right back on track and assembled it without further issues. ... show more

Color is off white. I had purchased 2 from a different seller and for my third one I got it from BYNSOE because they were $10 cheaper and the color is an off wth ore compared to my first two cabinets . Pieces did not have any labeling, even though the instruction said they were , fortunately I had put together a similar model so knew where all the pieces suppose to go.
