Excellent fit. These will be nice running, walking or just lounging pants. They are not lined; so as far as hiking pants—not too sure about that unless you are hiking in a cleared & flat area. I would not wear these when climbing over rocks or logs, or walking through low branches, or anything else the pants may get snagged on. These pants are very nice fabric and the lining is not too heavy, but enough for everyday use. Like the zipper pockets but wonder why they added that white iron on strip on the rear pocket.
