    • Update: Some Glitches, but Working again after Power Reset
I have only had this powered USB hub for a few days, but I have had it connected continuously without any problems. I have hibernated my laptop every night and it comes back without any glitches. Right now I have it powering a gaming keyboard, two thumb drives, and it is connected (via USB) to a SATA to USB (separately) powered adapter to access a 3.5 inch desktop drive. I also plugged in a USB-powered DVD burner and burned a CD-R. All working perfectly. I did not want on-off switches for each port or other 'features' that can cause reliability problems. This device is simple which, to me, means it's more likely to be long-term trouble-free (K.I.S.S. principle). Will post back if anything changes, but so far this device is working well. Update: I have experienced some glitches with this device. Weird stuff like the computer wouldn't restart with this hub connected, some USB devices not working, etc. I could boot the computer with it disconnected and then plug it in and it worked, sort-a, some drives accessible, but the mouse USB receiver did not work. Powered everything off and on, including the hub and the computer, and it seems to be working OK again. So, sadly not perfect. I am still using it, though and, as of now, it is working normally again after the power reset. ... show more

This charging USB hub is really durable and sturdy. It has 4 USB ports and is very fast charging. Very good price and value. I use this to connect to my laptop and use for my job. Great quality overall. Very pleased and highly recommend

    • Excellent functionality
This is an impressive little USB 3.0 hub, and the fact that it’s powered by an included wall-wart makes it ideal for charging devices. However, I’m mainly using it to provide additional ports for my desktop PC, since its existing ones were chock-full. It’s plug-and-play, no drivers required, and operation since it was installed a week ago has been flawless. I have it fully populated with two 2.0 devices (wired keyboard; wireless mouse dongle) along with two which are 3.0 (external WiFi adapter; Audio mixer), and haven’t had any issues with power drops. A few very nice additional features: - A USB-C port is available at the front of the hub, well out of the way of the USB-A connections. Plugging my Pixel phone into that also confirmed it’s indeed fast-charging. - Six LEDs: Five which indicate each port’s connection status, along with a “BYEASY” logo which illuminates to indicate an active input signal is being received by the hub from the PC. In short, this is one of the best hubs I’ve ever owned. Considering all these features, it’s certainly well-worth the asking price. ... show more

I bought this because I have several devices to charge at once. Each port supplies ample power even when all ports are being used. The only issue I have is that the power adaptor doesn't work, I can use the USB line to power the device, but not the power adaptor. The company has been contacted and they offered to replace, I will take them up on their offer ... show more

I've been using USB hubs for quite awhile and I couldn't imagine going back to individually charging battery devices from wall receptacles. I noticed recently that my wife was charging her cell phone, i-pad and a heart monitor watch, at three different locations within the house. She gets pretty much stuck in her old methods, and it's often difficult getting her to change.
