There are two major issues we have with this honey: 1) the honey crystalizes too quickly, and 2) the plastic 3 lb. jug. The jug spout keeps running after you stop squeezing, making the process messy, and as the honey crystalizes you have to squeeze harder and harder which collapses the sides of the jug.
