I bought this for my 3 year old and it seems like its more for a 1 year old. super small not worth the price.

It’s a nice set. The cash register would probably be more suitable for younger kids, like 2-3. But then you can’t use all the coins and small pieces. For a four year old it was a bit too simple. I like that it comes with play food and play money, for a more advanced pretend play. My son enjoyed playing with it. It would make a nice gift.

I thought it would be bigger than it is :-/ got it for my sons birthday and he played with it for 10 minutes. for over 25 dollars plus tax I thought itd be a little better

My son really enjoys this toy, although he doesn't understand what it really is yet since he's 19mos. There's paper money you can insert in the cash drawer and coins you can break off and put into the drawer as well. There's a dummy microphone and a scangun that makes beep noises when you hit "Scan" and the register is an actual calculator. The microphone doesn't do anything though. There's also a rolling belt for groceries I think? but it's not intuitive even for an adult. It comes with plastic pieces of chicken, fish, a pepper, etc. and paper boxes you need to assembles for cookies, milk, etc. One thing I would caution anyone is to definitely not leave your child unsupervised with this toy because the coins are small enough to put into the mouth. I caught my son gnawing on one and it fit perfectly for him to potentially choke on.

This product is very small. The basket will fit inside an adult’s palm. The register will fit into both palms. You are able to hear your breathing only in the microphone. It’s worth about $10 US dollars and that’s being generous.
