Well… I set aside 6 hours on a Saturday after reading previous reviews. The desk only took 2 hours to build, but cleaning up the packing materials took 2… so we beat the high score by 2 hours. It would have been easier to clean up if they had just used packing peanuts and only allowed you to open the box if it was raining and windy. My guess is that some engineer at the factory thought it might be a challenge to make a styrofoam wafer that disintegrates into tiny pieces that get everywhere like super static charged glitter. I had to send my wife away as she kept trying to vacuum me and the desk while I was building it. In hindsight, I recommend to pay for the home installation unless your marriage is really solid. It’s far cheaper than the counseling your gonna get dragged to for pointing out that she is making it way harder than it has to be. ... show more

I love this desk. I love the color, the pieces don’t feel as cheap as IKEA stuff does. It did take about 6 hours to put together, but it’s beautiful. It comes in 3 boxes and only 2 of the 3 came on the same day, but it was delivered by FedEx so that’s not surprising. Overall great purchase.

Not worth it - not worth the money or time it takes. Missing parts that they won’t send or replace. So many scratches. Some pieces do not line up. For the price I paid, it wasn’t worth my time or energy and was honestly a disappointment.

I was very excited to order this desk for my new home office! Ordered the desk, delivery scheduled for that Friday at 6-9am. Delivery was postponed to Saturday 6-9am (fine ugh). Driver shows up Saturday with ONE out of three boxes- the tape on the box even states (deliver as a set of 3!) well I asked the driver where the other boxes were and he says that was it. I declined delivery and was told that’s fine, just sign the pad and we will take it back and process a refund within 24-48hours. Five minutes later he marks it delivered! Contact customer service advised to wait until Monday for status change and refund. Waited…waited. Back and forth with Amazon reps and chat support with no refund. One Amazon rep suggested to reach out to the company directly in lieu of a refund. Great idea! I really want the desk. I reached out to customer support for Bush to advise the situation, showed my receipt, chat transcripts with Amazon reps on next steps and photos and videos of the incident on Saturday. Bush says they don’t assist with orders from Amazon and if you order the item from Amazon they do not provide support, deliver missing pieces or replace anything under warranty! My recommendation is not to buy this item. The company doesn’t honor a warranty, missing pieces and not to mention DAVID MEABON with the company was extremely rude to me back and forth in emails despite giving all the proof of purchase and chat transcripts with videos. Amazon is not refunding me and tells me to contact Bush, Bush tells me to contact Amazon and I’m out $1,100 and NO desk! ... show more

We assembled the main desk and raised desk portions ok. The hardware bags are not labeled, so it can be difficult to get the right screw (some are pretty similar). When we started assembling the Hutch portion, a main board (board d) is cut wrong. Like the board shape is off and the holes drilled are off. My husband called them to get the issue resolved and they informed him that they discontinued production on this desk and that part is back ordered (likely due to others experiencing the same issue).
