I LOVE the look of this desk & it was packaged really well. Unfortunately, we were missing some of the pieces so we couldn't put it together right away. Customer service was great & took care of it immediately. After completing the assembly we noticed a few small chips on the front edge of the desk. It's not very noticeable, but when you're spending this much money on something, it's a bummer to have any imperfections. Overall, I do love it! Plenty of space and storage. This desk is beautiful if you ignore the scratches, chips, gouges and white spots on it. The desk was packaged wonderfully and the damage was clearly not from shipping. I didn’t expect a quick delivery, but it was supposedly out for delivery every day for a week. I blame FedEx for that. It would have been easy to assemble if all of pieces had been labeled and all of the hardware labeled correctly. Thank goodness the pictures of the screws in the assembly instructions were actual size. I feel like some of the assembly steps should have been switched around, but, with a little patience and common sense, it wasn’t too difficult to assemble. At the end of the day, I love this desk and it looks great. However, if I could go back in time, I would probably purchase a different desk. It was not worth the money or the hassle ... show more

I decided to purchase this desk and hutch as an upgrade to my home office due to the fact that I now work from home permanently. I love how big it is and all the extra storage I get. I assembled myself on and off which took about 2 full days to get it completely done. I really disliked the cardboard backing to the hutch, so I decided to throw that piece out. Would have much rather have another piece of wood, but it looks fine without it. I also located 2 broken pieces throughout assembly and the customer service was quick and awesome. I got new pieces the very next day which was nice. I was very careful when moving it into position after assembly because I read a lot of people had problems with the legs breaking off. The legs are plastic (not wood), but I did not have one issue with them and everything is still study (even after a few months of having it). Overall, I love my new desk. Definitely do not think it's worth $600, but everything is inflated now, so it is what it is. For the quality, I'd say it's worth about half that in my opinion LOL. ... show more

This desk is beautiful! And absolutely MASSIVE, so if you’re looking for a good amount of work space, this’ll do it. Be warned, however, that it is HEAVY HEAVY. Definitely make sure you acquire a second person to help you with the big pieces. Otherwise, it’s really easy to assemble, just set aside a whole day to do so if you’re going the route of mostly-solo-build. ... show more

I bought this desk for my husband and he loves it. it's very big and offers a lot of leg room. the desk legs didnt break on us, but we were very careful when moving it. make sure to put the metal screw in the legs into the plastic hole on the inside when screwing them in because they offer most of the support for them. it has a lot of storage room, and it can fit both 22 inch monitors with room to spare. the assembly is easy to understand, but took a long time so set aside half a day or so to get it put together. one thing I would like is if they had a better way to put the hutch on, because i feel like just having the metal L's on the back isn't quite enough support. but other than that, great desk! ... show more

I’ll add photos later but this is a fine piece. Great for home office setting, corporate touch with great space to soften and decorate for a home touch. Yes there was one spot, sort of like a keyed car mark on the desktop but it was not deep, more of an adhesive smear that could not be wiped off. I work in operations for a recruitment agency, a mom of three small kids and PTA stuff crossing my desk. I needed a desk w an executive touch but not the look with my work space in my bedroom. Love this desk, it matches my bedroom furniture perfectly and they’re not even made by the same company. Have to say that the desk seems sturdy but when you put pressure on it, there’s some ominous creaking, but so far it’s withstanding having a printer on it and some books.
