Process: Wow! I ordered this desk and it was set to delivery within a week to two weeks after order and ultimately I did not receive my complete desk until October 21st. That being said the shipper lost my package and damaged it beyond expectation so most likely the main reason for these initial delays. Either way desk did show up. Fair warning it will mostly show up in two shipments so be prepared to assembly one part and accept delivery of the second once it arrives. Initial surface portion of the desk was damaged beyond repair and use and luckily they Fezibo replaced that portion for me. All in all the desk looks amazing and functions very well. Assembly: Instructions are okay to follow but be prepared to use two people once you connect the legs and surface. Some of the holes were not predrilled for all the screws so having a drill handy with a drill bit will save some stress and time. Directions for Part Q say to have it face one direction but I suggest flipping it so you can easily plug it in as the cable is quite small. Otherwise assembly is pretty easy and only a single power tool is needed. Overall Quality: I used a torque driver to insure that each bolt was tightened to max requirements in order to hope that all gaps would close up but there are some areas in which the gaps are visible and not everything is super tight. You can use bonding agents to aid in closing these but I do not recommend doing this as the material might degrade faster than expected. Conclusion: Overall this desk is good for the price and function; no it’s not an advanced full metal type of desk but overall should function for most setups. I didn't realize that it came with casters, but these have been a great help in deciding where to put the desk. I got it all assembled and decided to rearrange the room. This would've been SO much more difficult if I hadn't thought to put those on during assembly. One of the vertical leg pieces seemed to have the threads drilled slightly off kilter so it really struggled to get the screws into their housings. Thankfully, this didn't impede me from putting everything else together, but compared to the ease of the threading on the other two legs, one was noticeably more difficult and resulted in stripping one of the hard-to-reach screws. Needless to say, but don't plan on disassembling or taking that screw out at this point. Overall, great quality and loving the LED strip fastened under the ledge with so many color options to keep the visual stimuli going throughout the day while staring at screens for work. ... show more

I just got this desk two days ago. I am very handy, and I build things for my job. I think the instructions on this desk are lacking. I did get it put together but i think the images don't make it clear what you are installing in each step. For example, there were some parts with the base that the screws are shown to install but they aren't high enough in the picture to see them without really studying the pictures. and the square piece that all the cables plug into, I didn't see a step that showed what screws to use or when to actually install it, i did see it added in the pics so I added it in with the wood screws provided. I used a drill to assemble it all and I had it done in 2.5 hours. It seems to work well and is quiet. I contacted support and they did verify this was a reversible design. I did a right-side return but i wanted the option to change that in the future if i changed my office around. It isnt the sturdiest desk but it also is a fraction of the cost of other standing desks. For the price I am very happy. Shipping was fast, it all came in one box. I will update again in the future after using it for a while. ... show more

I absolutely love this desk. The color, the sturdiness, the function and appearance. I love it all. I am a female, 54 years of age, 5'6 and 150 lbs and I put this together myself. The instructions are so easy to follow, a first grader could follow them. 😀. I was amazed at how high it'll go and I love the memory feature. My husband is 6'4 and the desk was still tall enough that he can stand at it to work. All the parts were clearly listed. It is so sturdy that I was able to tip it over and stand it upright by myself after having assembled it. I couldn't be more satisfied with this desk. ... show more

The desk was shipped in two separate packages which made it much easier to carry into my home. The desk truly is a high build quality and very sturdy, and while this does come at a cost of being a heavy, the wheels make it very easy to move around if needed. The customer service for Fezibo is incredible. My desk stopped moving up and down after a few weeks, and the Customer Service team was able to walk me through resetting the controller to get it working again. They responded within 24 hours for each communication, and continued to reassure me that they would cover my product even if the reset did not work. Could not recommend this desk more! ... show more
